First, make sure you entered your Discord User ID correctly (not your username — it's a long number). If your ID was correct and you're in the Discord server, open a gang-setup ticket with your Tebex transaction ID and a staff member will create it manually within 24 hours.
Open Discord Settings → Advanced → enable Developer Mode. Then right-click your profile picture or username anywhere in Discord and click "Copy User ID". It's an 18–19 digit number — not your @username.
Yes — open a gang-setup ticket in Discord and a staff member will update it for you. Name changes may be subject to approval to prevent abuse.
Gang packs are monthly subscriptions billed through Tebex. You'll receive a reminder in your private gang channel 7 days before payment is due. If payment isn't made, the gang and its roles will be removed.
Yes. Purchase the higher tier pack and open a gang-setup ticket so staff can update your existing gang's tier, category, and member slots. You won't lose your gang name or any data.
Yes — the bot needs to find you in our Discord server to assign your roles. If you're not in the server at the time of purchase, the automation will fail and you'll need to open a support ticket to have it set up manually.
Available colours are: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Pink, White, Black, Cyan, and Gold. Enter the colour name exactly at checkout.
