QUESTIONS

First check your Discord User ID was entered correctly — it's a long number, not your username. If correct and you're in our server, open a gang-setup ticket with your Tebex transaction ID and staff will sort it within 24 hours.
Go to Discord Settings → Advanced → enable Developer Mode. Then right-click your profile picture or name anywhere in Discord and click "Copy User ID". It's an 18–19 digit number — not your @username.
Yes — open a gang-setup ticket in Discord and a staff member will update it. Name changes may be subject to approval.
Gang packs are monthly subscriptions billed via Tebex. You'll get a reminder in your gang channel 7 days before renewal. Non-payment results in the gang and roles being removed.
Yes. Purchase the higher tier and open a gang-setup ticket so staff can update your tier, category and member slots. Your gang data stays intact.
Yes — the bot needs to find you in our server to assign your roles. If you're not in the server at time of purchase the automation fails and you'll need a manual setup via support ticket.
All gang packs include access to every training mode — gang training, structured ops, leaderboards, and claiming events. The tier difference is member slots, not feature access.
